Refunds and Exchanges


We are proud to accept any product in resalable condition for up to 30 days from the date of shipment – without any restocking fees. You may either receive store credit or a refund, less shipping. We will refund shipping only if we made a mistake when sending your order (i.e. we sent a different style or size than what you actually ordered).

We will accept returns on uniforms, apparel, gear & equipment* only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in the original packaging
  • Items must be clean and free from wear
  • Items must be unwashed

Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria, will not be eligible (i.e. dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc).

*For your protection, undergarments, swim suits, mouth guards, protective cups and compression shorts cannot be returned, even if they are new.

Pack the item in its original packaging with all instructions, tags and any attachments. Please include the order number/sheet in the package. Ship the item via insured ground service. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Please then mail the product back to us within 3 days along with your original invoice (or a copy of that invoice) to the address on the front of the invoice. Please also include a completed Return/Exchange section below. You should retain your receipts and tracking numbers when shipping items to us so that you may contact the shipper in the event of damage or loss en route.

You will receive your refund in the same form in which you paid. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for the credit to appear on their customers’ records. Please allow two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your statement. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse any original shipping charges unless the product was defective. In appreciation for your business, all domestic exchange orders are shipped via free ground shipping. Should you prefer to have expedited shipping on your exchange order, please indicate below and contact one of our Customer Service Representatives for expedited shipping rates.

We do have some limits on the 30 day return policy. We cannot accept returns on items that have been customized unless the product was defective. Our return policy is that products cannot have been worn or used unless the product is defective.
